Sharks’ forward Briton Nikora will sit out the next two games as he accepted an early guilty plea for a Grade 2 careless high tackle against Bulldogs’ player Viliame Kikau during Friday’s match. Nikora was penalized and temporarily sent off during the first half of the 25-6 victory over Canterbury at PointsBet Stadium. Since this was his second offense, Nikora would have faced a three-game suspension if he contested the charge unsuccessfully.
