Cameron Wagner, a four-star offensive tackle from the 2027 class, made a campus visit to Nebraska this past weekend.

Ranked No. 154 nationally by Rivals, Wagner is also listed as the fifth-best prospect in his state and the 15th-ranked offensive tackle in the country. Standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing 300 pounds, he’s quickly gaining attention across the Big Ten.

Wagner currently holds nine scholarship offers, including from conference heavyweights like Ohio State, Penn State, Illinois, Iowa, and Purdue. He’s been busy on the recruiting trail lately, with visits to Ohio State on March 29 and Penn State on April 5. Following his time in Lincoln, he shared his positive experience on social media this past Saturday.

Though Nebraska’s 2027 recruiting class has yet to land its first commitment, the staff is clearly zeroing in on offensive linemen. Wagner’s strength in both run and pass protection makes him a valuable and versatile target.

The Huskers will face stiff competition—particularly within their own conference—but their clear focus on O-line talent could help them stand out in the race for Wagner’s commitment.
