Titans Bolster Front Office with Key Analytics Hire

The Tennessee Titans are continuing to reshape their front office. Just a week after bringing in Mike Borgonzi, Dave Ziegler, and Reggie McKenzie, the team is now strengthening its analytics department.

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the Titans are hiring Scott Cohen as their new director of football strategy.

Cohen brings a wealth of NFL experience and is well-regarded in the analytics community. Before joining the Titans as an assistant to head coach Brian Callahan in 2024, he spent nine seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, serving in multiple roles, including director of football research from 2019 to 2023.

In his new role, Cohen will continue working with Callahan while also taking on a more significant position within the front office, collaborating closely with president of football operations Chad Brinker.

The Titans have made a major investment in their front office this offseason as they look to bounce back from back-to-back disappointing seasons. With a 3-14 record in 2024, the pressure is now on this new leadership group to steer the franchise in the right direction.
