In his latest 2025 NFL mock draft for Fox Sports, Jason McIntyre projects the Denver Broncos to make a surprising early move for a tight end.
McIntyre has Denver selecting Bowling Green’s Harold Fannin at No. 20 overall, bypassing Michigan’s Colston Loveland, who falls to No. 31. With Tyler Warren already off the board at No. 7, the Broncos opt for Fannin, a rising prospect.
“He faced only two ranked opponents in Penn State and Texas A&M — and he dominated both (19-282-2),” McIntyre noted. “Fannin is a big-time athlete who will be a hot name climbing draft boards in the coming months.”
Though Fannin could be a potential target, most analysts view him as a mid-second to third-round prospect. NFL Mock Draft Database lists him in the third round, while NFL Draft Buzz projects him as a mid-second-round pick.
Denver holds seven selections in the 2025 NFL Draft, set for April 24-26.
