Former Broncos WR Josh Reynolds Lands with Jets on One-Year Deal

Ex-Denver Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds has found a new home in the NFL. As reported by insider Ian Rapoport, Reynolds has signed a one-year contract worth up to $5 million with the New York Jets.

Reynolds originally joined the Broncos in March 2024 on a two-year deal but suffered an early-season injury that derailed his time in Denver. His situation took another unfortunate turn when he was involved in a shooting outside a Denver nightclub, though he was not seriously harmed.

Despite his potential, the Broncos waived Reynolds while he was on short-term injured reserve, leading to his brief stint with the Jacksonville Jaguars. During his five-game tenure in Denver, Reynolds recorded 12 receptions for 183 yards and a touchdown.

Previously known for his success with Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions, Reynolds was a fourth-round pick by the Los Angeles Rams in 2017 after playing at Texas A&M. Now 30, he looks to make an impact with the Jets.

The Broncos are set to face the Jets on the road in the 2025 regular season, giving Reynolds a shot at revenge against his former team.
