One fan shared their excitement, saying, “I’d be psyched. I just want a coach smart enough to compete with Reid, Harbaugh, and Payton.” Another fan expressed support for a potential move for Coach Pete Carroll, stating, “I’m warming more to the idea of Coach Carroll taking the job as well. I’d take either. Hopefully, Mark Davis will take a page from the Rooney’s playbook in keeping a coach.”
If the Raiders land Johnson, their next major task will be securing a quarterback. With the sixth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, they have several options to select a quarterback or pursue one in free agency.
