The Green Bay Packers added two offensive linemen to their injury report on Thursday, with potential recurrences of previous injuries for both.
Starting left tackle Rasheed Walker was listed as limited due to a recurring knee issue. Walker has been a reliable presence on the field this season, not missing any games, though his knee has been a concern in the past. If he’s unable to go, backup Andre Dillard is expected to step in at left tackle.
Meanwhile, rookie Jordan Morgan, who missed three games earlier this season with a shoulder injury, was also limited in practice. Morgan recently returned to start at left guard, but with center Josh Myers potentially returning, Morgan could be asked to move into a swing role, which may lead to further changes along the Packers’ offensive line.
Veteran lineman Elgton Jenkins was also limited, though it was for rest purposes and not due to injury.
On the opposing side, Chicago Bears edge rusher Montez Sweat participated in practice on a limited basis Thursday, adding a potential concern for the Packers’ offensive line as they prepare for their upcoming game.
