The Tennessee Titans and Miami Dolphins have released their final injury reports ahead of their Week 4 Monday night game. Combined, the teams have two players ruled out, two listed as doubtful, and five marked as questionable.

One key doubtful player for the Titans is defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons, who missed practice all week. His absence would significantly impact Tennessee’s defensive front.

In the Titans’ secondary, safety Amani Hooker and cornerback L’Jarius Sneed are both questionable. Sneed reportedly picked up a hamstring injury on Saturday, casting doubt on his availability, while Hooker was limited throughout the week. The Titans are already thin at cornerback, with Chidobe Awuzie placed on injured reserve due to a groin injury, making way for rookie Jarvis Brownlee Jr. to start in his place.

The Dolphins will be missing left tackle Terron Armstead and cornerback Kendall Fuller, with David Long also unlikely to play as he’s listed as doubtful. Quarterback Skylar Thompson is questionable, though Miami has confirmed Tyler Huntley will start with Tim Boyle as the backup.
