The Tennessee Titans’ hopes for second-year quarterback Will Levis have not materialized as expected, especially after the team invested heavily to enhance the support around him.
Levis has significantly contributed to the Titans’ 0-3 start, committing a staggering eight turnovers in three games due to poor decision-making. Compounding the issue, the Titans’ offensive line has struggled to provide adequate protection.
With the future of the quarterback position looking uncertain in Tennessee, Bleacher Report’s Kristopher Knox suggests the Titans should reach out to the Carolina Panthers regarding former No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young. Young was benched in Week 3 in favor of Andy Dalton after facing considerable difficulties during his first season-plus in the NFL.
Although Young has faced challenges due to his supporting cast, his performance has been lackluster, highlighted by the Panthers’ noticeable offensive improvement with Dalton at the helm in Week 3.
While a change of scenery could benefit Young, joining the Titans may not be the best fit given their ongoing offensive line issues. However, Tennessee wouldn’t need to rush Young into action immediately; they could continue evaluating Levis while keeping Young as a potential option for the future, possibly giving him a chance in 2025 if Levis does not meet expectations.
