On Friday’s injury report, the Seahawks confirmed that edge rusher Uchenna Nwosu (knee) and right tackle George Fant (knee) have been ruled out. Starting running back Kenneth Walker III (oblique) and inside linebacker Jerome Baker(hamstring) are listed as doubtful. Additionally, five players are considered questionable: outside linebackers Boye Mafe (knee) and Derick Hall (hip), backup safety K’Von Wallace (shoulder), second-string tight end Pharaoh Brown (foot), and reserve wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. (foot).

Nwosu is still recovering from a sprained MCL sustained during the preseason finale on August 24 and has not yet returned to practice. Initially, he was expected to be sidelined for two to six weeks, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Fant, a veteran in his ninth year, was injured late in the first quarter against the Denver Broncos in Week 1. He had stepped in for third-year pro Abraham Lucas, who is on the physically unable to perform list due to recovery from knee surgery in January. Third-string tackle Stone Forsythe has taken over the right tackle position for the last two games.

Walker had a strong start to the season, rushing for 103 yards on 20 carries in the opening win against Denver, but left the game with an abdomen injury in the fourth quarter. With Walker sidelined last Sunday, backup running back Zach Charbonnet managed only 38 yards on 14 carries against the tough New England Patriots defense. Baker exited the game early in the second quarter with a hamstring injury, and rookie Tyrice Knight stepped in for him.

Mafe sustained a knee injury late in the fourth quarter against New England. The second-round pick from 2022 has made a strong impression this season, recording two sacks, three tackles for loss, and four quarterback hits.

Here’s the Seahawks’ complete injury report ahead of Sunday’s game:
