According to a Sheffield-based outlet’s report on their website on Friday (19 July), Leeds United has already had two bids for right-back Jayden Bogle rejected, but they believe their latest offer will meet Sheffield United’s valuation.
Bogle, the 23-year-old right-back, is likely to miss Chris Wilder’s side’s pre-season friendly on Saturday (20 July) if no last-minute issues arise, with the transfer potentially progressing over the weekend.
Amid the speculation of Jayden Bogle’s departure from Sheffield United to Leeds United, nothing is confirmed yet, but Leeds seems to be close to addressing their right-back issue this summer. Bogle appears set to join Daniel Farke’s first-team squad.
Following Archie Gray’s high-profile transfer to Tottenham and Rasmus Kristensen’s loan move to Eintracht Frankfurt, Farke needed to find genuine competition for Sam Byram this summer. Despite his young age, Bogle has demonstrated his effectiveness in the Championship and was one of the Blades’ standout players during a challenging Premier League season.
