The 2024 summer transfer window has officially opened, and the rumor mill is already buzzing with activity. Premier League clubs are eagerly pursuing new talent while also looking to offload current players to raise crucial funds.

### Arsenal Will ‘Accept £30m’ for Midfielder

Arsenal are considering their transfer market options and are looking to raise funds by selling some current players. Emile Smith Rowe, who has struggled for game time recently, is one of the players on the potential departure list. According to Football Insider’s Pete O’Rourke, Arsenal are willing to accept a £30 million bid for the 23-year-old midfielder this summer. With the Gunners aiming to strengthen their squad further, Smith Rowe’s chances of playing time are diminishing, making him a candidate for transfer.

With only 13 Premier League appearances last season and much still to prove, Emile Smith Rowe will be seeking a club that can offer him regular first-team football. Fulham are reportedly interested in acquiring the England youth international now that the transfer window is open.

West Ham have bid accepted for 17-assist winger

Fluminense has been attracting interest from several English clubs since last summer. West Ham have reportedly made significant progress in securing Colombian winger Jhon Arias.

According to RTI Esporte, the Irons submitted a €13 million (£11m) offer for Arias, which Fluminense has accepted. Negotiations are now ‘at an advanced stage,’ with a deal expected to be finalized ‘in the next few days.’

Arias impressed during the 2022/23 season, contributing 11 goals and 17 assists for Fluminense. This season, which concludes in December, he has already added seven goals and four assists across all competitions. Notably versatile, Arias has played in six different positions, including both wings and midfield.
