Multiple media outlets reported on Wednesday that Josh Reynolds, a former wide receiver for the Detroit Lions, is set to sign a two-year contract with the Denver Broncos, potentially worth up to $14 million. Reynolds will be joining the Broncos following the trade of Jerry Jeudy to the Cleveland Browns on March 9th, in which the Broncos acquired fifth- and sixth-round picks (135th and 202nd overall) in the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft. The Denver receiving corps now includes Courtland Sutton, Marvin Mims Jr., Tim Patrick, Brandon Johnson, Phillip Dorsett, and Lil’Jordan Humphrey. Reynolds, aged 29, had a productive season with the Lions last year, securing 40 catches for 608 yards and matching his career high with five touchdown receptions in 17 games, 13 of which he started. Throughout his career spanning 107 games, including 53 starts, with the Los Angeles Rams (2017-20), Tennessee Titans (2021), and Lions (2021-23), Reynolds has accumulated 220 catches for 2,933 yards and 19 touchdowns.
