Reportedly, the Carolina Panthers have added seasoned wide receiver David Moore to their roster, following his stint with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last season. Moore, initially drafted in the seventh round as the 226th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, began his career with the Seattle Seahawks, where he played from 2017 to 2020 before moving on to various teams including the Panthers, Las Vegas Raiders, Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, and Buccaneers.
According to ProFootballTalk via The Charlotte Observer, Moore has signed a one-year contract with the Panthers. Over the past two seasons, he has appeared in ten games, with seven matchups played in the last season, during which he made five catches for 94 yards and scored one touchdown.
In other news, linebacker Justin Strnad, previously a free agent, has had a change of heart and opted to rejoin the Denver Broncos on a one-year deal, as revealed by Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network. Strnad, selected in the fifth round as the 178th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft by the Broncos, has played in fifty games over the past three seasons with the team. In the most recent campaign, he participated in seventeen games, recording five tackles. He had been in talks with the Panthers but ultimately decided to remain with the Broncos, the team that drafted him in 2020.
